It's been a long time between posts, but glad to see that the forum (and the DM series desks) are still being well supported. The DM3200 been rock solid at the centre of my studio for about 10 years now but finally I'm getting round to upgrading my whole studio setup. I was initially worried that I would end up having to make the DM 3200 redundant, but I've invested in an Audient ID44 as my interface of choice (I highly recommend this!) and so I've been able to keep my DM3200 working via the onboard ADAT ports. I have to say it's been very easy to setup; it slaves from the Audient with no problems (though there is a BRC Wordclock option if you want) and I'm very happy, as I think the DM series desks are still a great workhorse.
This means though that I have a IF-FW/DMmkII Firewire card that I no longer have a use for, so it's going to be taken out & sold for €250 plus postage. I can't see that I'll ever use it again so I'd prefer someone who needs one (or a backup) to have it, if it means they can keep using the desk. It works perfectly fine under Mac OSX Catalina (10.8.7) and I'd rather it go to someone in this group before I put it on eBay (or Reverb).
I'm based in France, so shipping anywhere in Europe or UK is problem free. US & Canada, I'd have to find out shipping options first & buyer would be responsible for taxes etc themselves, but I'd consider it. I don't like PayPal, but if its the only option so bit it. Collection is fine by me if it's a practical option for the buyer - I'm Western France & I have a great coffee machine & beer is always in the fridge ;-).
Please post with any questions you have, it's obviously the card only I'm selling, drivers are available on here as is information on setup. If no-one needs it, I'll be listing on eBay & Reverb easy next month (when I get around to it
