I am looking for a part of MSR-16/24 schematics that concerns LED meters. There are 16 or 24 identical modules on the front panel, and one of them in my MSR now is broken: there is a crack on black drop of compound upon integral circuit, this circuit does not consume current and LEDs don't light up. Could anybody help me to identify that integral circuit under compound?
