Music Files transferred to computer are incomplete

Hi there I just finished recording two songs on my Tascam 12. I exported them to SD play where everything pworks OK. When I click on the storage option to transfer to computer it goes according to plan but when I play the files on my computer the vocals are only partially there or not at all in some sections. Any ideas on this? This has happened on both tracks.

I have had issues before where there was a problem getting a song exported to SD play but never the SD play file that plays differently on the computer once transferred. SD card ? This is really frustrating at the end of a long process. Thanks in advance.
