Neo 2488 Having Problems Please HELP!!!

goes through normal boot procedures till it gets to loading the song. However its frozen on this, the no/exit button does nothing and neither does any other button except the power switch. I have tried factory resetting it but that doesn't work either. Does anyone know what I can do or have had this problem before that can tell me what to do. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'd call Tascam and see what they suggest. I had a problem with mine freezing up during the middle of recording and I had to send mine to Tascam and get them to fix it. I think it cost me about $80 too. I like what these machines can do but they seem to be kinda fragile.

If you're happy to open up your machine I'd do that and check that the HD cable is connected ok. Sometimes when your moving or recording in areas with a lot of vibration the connection comes loose.

You could try replacing the HD as well
