Even with Phantom power turned on, I fail to hear an audio signal from microphone! I've tried several and the mics are live! Even replaced cord. I tried a direct connect to my old Tascam and 1/4" balance did not read, yet the direct three prong to the older unit did! Connections on Neo read modules flawlessly. Yet no mic audio read! Is this something exclusive to Tascam recorders?!
