It treats it like a mono track. The sends (1 & 2) "sum" the stereo tracks together before they leave the Send out jacks.
In order to send a stereo set of tracks out (in stereo) - to a stereo external effects processor - or to just simply send stereo tracks in stereo back to 2 individual inputs for whatever reason.... you need to export the stereo tracks (ie: 31/32) to the Audio Depot folder and then import them to any two available mono tracks (ie: 7, 8).
Then you send each mono track to a send of it's own:
Track 7 to Send 1
Track 8 to Send 2
To some - this may seem like a hassle - but it's a solid workaround that simply takes a little time. Well worth it if that's the result you're needing.
