I purchased a US-16x8 just a little while ago and while using the firmware updater (2.00), I am receiving an error about the "Supported hardware is not connected." The USB light is on, I have used multiple cables and multiple USB ports, I have tried another computer but nothing is working out. I am running Windows 10 on the latest updates on my main computer and Windows 7 on the latest updates on my secondary computer. Anything I can do?
