    Hello,

I'm just getting familiar with my new DR-05. I'm trying to record 35-40+ continuous hours of audio. My current settings are: MP3 96k, 44.1k, mono. I have a 32gb SD card but when I go into Record Stby mode it says my recording time is 23:59:59.

Am I able to record this amount of time continuously or am I limited to 23:59:59?

    Thank you

    Hello NT6X,
After the DR-05 reaches the 24h mp3-limit, it will continue recording into a new mp3 file, which then will again run for 24 hours, and so on..
The recorder will keep running and creating files (counting up numerically) until the SD card is full or the power is interrupted.
There should be no audible interruption inbetween files. This means -if necessary- you can seamlessly 'glue' two succesive files together using an editor software.
