Replacement faders for US-428?

Greetings!

I'm new here, so apologize if this is old territory.

I have a failed fader(nr 5) on my US-428. I've replaced faders on other machines in the past, and am not afraid to take ANYTHING apart, so would like to fix this as well.

What is a suitable replacement for the faders in the US-428?

Any guidance appreciated.

Besides contacting Tascam for parts sourcing, or taking to a specially electronics shop (years ago I took my Tascam 246 4-track cassette machine in Hayward California, found through the phone book - NO internet in those days! lol), you may want to have a look at eBay. I'm always seeing parts for sale on eBay for my Tascam FW 1884 & FW-1082.

Then there are electronics stores of all kinds, actual stores or on-line, that may have parts that may or may not be compatible. In years past, I may have called Guitar Center for sources etc.
