Setup DM4800 whit card firewire IFFWDM mkll

The configuration of my wirefire card does not respond or download the current drivers and firmware and displays a message offline drivers, I have to do also restart my DM4800 and still not recognize the interface someone can have the solution I hope your opinions.

We need more information. What OS are you using? Are you using the latest Beta driver found in forum sticky?

My tram is as allow.
DM4800Tascam.
Thé WireFire card is IK/FW DM mkll, interface WireFire.
I dis thé Firmware update ans thé version,but I can not activate inon thé screen of thé DM shows à message"Drivers Offline",that is all.
My machine is Lac Pro G5 version 10.11.6,el OS is Thé Capitaine, thanks for all.

I did not get to configure my DM 4800, I did everything in the forum say the participants, and still showing on the screen debla DM4800, "Offline Drivers", what solution you would have for this problem.
