Tascam 244 - “level meter”?

Hello,
I repaired a Tascam 244 and now I want to calibrate it.
In the service manual it refers to a
“Level Meter”.
I haven’t found a specific type in the service manual.
Does anyone know what kind of level meter is used? Or a suitable substitute?
