Tascam DR-40: noise in one channel when recording WAV 24/96

I have a problem which prevents from recording ambient sounds at high sensitivity using built-in DR-40 microphone.
When using any high quality mode of below:
WAV 24bit 96kHz
WAV 16bit 96kHz
BMF 24bit 96kHz
BMF 16bit 96kHz
the device is adding some electomagnetic noise (buzz or something like this) which can be heard around every 1 second in one of the channels left or right depending XY or AB recording is used.
Noise is heard via headphones when recording and also when playing back on device, and also on another devices (e.g. the recorded file contains this sound artefact).
When recording best possible MP3 - 320kbps 48 kHz - no problem is observed, but the quality is not enough for me.
I'm using maximum 90 int mic lvl as trying to get sounds of environment, decreasing this is not an option.
Please help how to avoid the sound issue. Here it is a sample where you can hear the noise:
