Tascam m208 and m1016 schematic and/or service manuals or documentation

I'm about to buy one of this. Does anyone have any info?
I eould love some instructions for installing direct outs. Thanks!

By the way, which one do you recommend? I want it to use as a studio mixer. I thnk 1016 is better because it has inserts post eq, aparently, for each channel. The other should be modified in order to add direct outputs for each channel. But maybe I´m missing something: pres quality or design and things like that.
Any advice is welcome. Thanks!
