Hello,

I got my hands on a Model 12 a month or two ago and now Im facing a problem that's rather confusing to me.

I have a Rode NT-1A Mic running into Channel 1
My synths and groove-boxes are being sent into the mixer from channel 5 to 10.
When the instruments are played the mixer does receive a signal (Channels 5 to 10 light up)

I can also hear the Signals when the Channels are switched to Live Mode but I don't receive any signal in Ableton Live and when the Channels are switched to PC Mode they are mute.

Except for my microphone.
The Microphone Signal lights up on every Mixer Channel inside of Ableton. When Switching Ableton's Audio Channel to "Monitor In" the Incoming Signal of the Microphon also Sounds really Crappy. Although when I switch it to Live mode on the Mixer it sounds fine.

Are there any solutions or is my Mixer broken?

Alright I solved the problem almost Instantly after Posting this Thread...

If you should be having the same problem as mentioned above and your also on Mac
I suggest you check if your Microphone Mode is Switched to Voice Isolation Mode.

Silly me hahah

AFAIK Voice Isolation is a MacOS option for integrated microphone. I am curious to know how does it affect Ableton + Model 12.
edit: it's probably related to granting Ableton access to system peripherals & devices the first time it was run. Anyway, options are different on different MacOS so it would be useful to know which OS and DAW version are you running.
