have a porta 07 that won't turn on. Good voltage into the power supply section but without a schematic to see hat the expected voltages are everywhere I'm lost. Anyone have a pdf of the schematic they can send me?

I have worked on these and the manuals I get from Stereomanuals.com are the best one to get but they are not free. These are the next thing to the original copy.
In my experience in the past there can be a broken solder joint on the power plug or the next thing can be a regulator that goes out. These are like the LM7015 type regulators. It might not be the 15 V one but something less.
