TDM 8000 freeze at Startup

Hi Guys!

My Tascam TM-D8000 freeze at the Tascam Logo at startup.
No error Message

By press shift+EQ Lib+Dynamics Lib the desk show´s me :
unexecutable command : 00:00:00
Please can anybody help me??
