Hi folks,
I have a US 4x4 Interface and connect it via USB to a Windows 10 Notebook. I want to use it to record 3 or 4 tracks at once but I can't get it to work. I've installed the drivers and after that, I see the following on my recording devices:
Now here's the strange part: When I select one of the two mixing drivers, choose 'Properties' and then 'Advanced', I can select the channels at the 'Default Format' section, but I only see 2 channels there. Therefore, when I open Audacity, I can only select 2 channels as a recording device.
However if I select the 'US-4x4' at Recording devices, choose 'Properties', there's no 'Advanced' tab at all. I only have 'General', 'Listen' and 'Levels'. And when I select the US-4x4 in Audacity, I still can only record with the first two channels of the Tascam.
In the Tascam Software Mixer, all 4 audio inputs are checked.
Please can somebody tell me what I'm doing wrong here? Thanks in advance!
