Uploading DP-004 content that is further into the partition onto computer

I have 2 hours of original music recorded on the DP-004.. However in trying to master mix the songs I continually return to the OO-OO-OO beginning of the disk card and can master mix only the first song...Teach me how to Master mix the content that is further into the partition
