US-144, guitar pro 6 and win10

Hi, I have a problem with guitar pro 6 and MKII Tascam US -144 , I can hear the tablature but I can not hear my guitar and I can not use the tuner , so i choose in the tuner´s menu "Tascam Line In" but do not take my input line , and I not know what else to touch . I also use "Guitar Rig " and I have no problem.
