Lately my US 16x08 has been disconnecting on its own. I have to click on the "US 16x08 - Please insert USB cable". pop up box. This happens on every application that I use on my computer. I have the Tascam set up as my default audio device. Changed out the cable with no luck. I have all of the latest Tascam and Windows 10 drivers, updates etc. Any ideas?
