US-16x08 Low DAW Volume

I've recorded several projects with my 16x08, BUT I've had this issue since day 1. The playback level of the Tascam mixer app, and my DAW are very low compared to other audio from my PC (YouTube, Pandora, etc.). When I want to go from my mix to listen to a reference track there is a huge deference in volume. Seems like I'm signal starving my monitors when mixing. Am I missing something in the Tascam app or Windows?

FYI I'm using Reaper with Windows10 Pro.

I fixed the issue in Windows, but thanks for the condescending reply.
