Us 2x2 constantly need to be unplugged replugged

every time I turn on my pc, it is not recognized, I got to unplug the damn thing and replug it

any advice ?

Is it connected via a USB-hub, or a USB3 port? If so, try connecting directly to a USB2 port. Or try a different port anyway.

So, did you try a different port? Also, maybe there are drivers for the US2x2 that you can experiment with (older versions / newer versions).

is there no serious tascam support or something ? I mean it's more somthing to adress to technicians and programmers
I had done the software update, but although it said it was ok, the soft looked really clumsy
