US-366 Line In Problem - 1.04 drivers - Win 10 Apr 2018

I'm unable to use both the "TASCAM US-366" playback device and the "Line-In" device at the same time. Win the I/O is set to input, the dropdown box for LINE INPUTS 3-4 is greyed out. If I switch usb ports a few times while disabling the devices, I can get the Line-In to work at the cost of the TASCAM playback device not working. The US-366 worked fine on the same machine with Win 7 and the original release of win 10. Is there any support for new drivers?
