US 4x4 output problem when using all four outputs

Hey everyone,, hoping someone can help. I'm using logic X with the most recent tascam 4x4 drivers and firmware. My problem is: any mono channel that I assign to output two is also being outputted to output four. In other words, I can successfully output 3 mono signals but my fourth output becomes crossed with another (outputs 2 and 4 specifically) . Any thoughts to help solve would be greatly appreciated!
