Hi everyone,
I recently purchased a US2400 without the power adapter. I've found an adequately spec'd replacement (2 actually) - but have had no luck with them. When either of them is plugged into the board - the behavior is the same.
The Power button will illuminate when pressed, but will go dark when released - and there is no sign of life from the board.
If the Power button is held down, while the power cable is inserted - it will begin to flash (as if in setup mode). Additionally the green USB light will come on if a computer is connected.
Any ideas where to begin here? I've wanted one of these for years - and can return this if I can't get it working, but I am definitely more interested in getting this up and running.
Are there any internal fuses that might be blown? Does Tascam (or anyone) still service these?
