Can I use a model 16 purely as an analog machine?

Thinking about the Model 16.

No desire to connect to a computer or DAW. Although they boast of the Model 16 being 16 tracks, I know that doesn't mean I can record 16 tracks and then use the mixer section to mix them down to an external CD recorder but that's what I'd like to do so if it doesn't work that way, can anyone tell me how many tracks out of the 16 I can record and use just the mixer section to send to a CD recorder? From what I've read looks like maybe 10.

Thanks, Andy

Whenever I'm considering a piece of equipment, I download the user manual and read it thoroughly. User manuals are free, and that's the only way that you'll be able to understand exactly with the machine does.

I went through it and couldn't get the answer. Thanks.

Wish I could take one for a test spin.

Features:
  • Multitrack recording and playback with 16-track recording
(14 input channels and MAIN MIX L/R bus)
It has 16 channels, 2 of which Are the stereo master bus. That leaves 14 inputs and 14 channels of multitrack recording that you can mix down.

There are not individual outs on each channel if 5hats what you’re asking.
