Cant arm individual channels

Hello all...
After long illness I finally got back to recording today with the tascam 24.

However I have an issue where I cant arm an individual tracks to record.

The only chanel rec button that works is channel 1 and when I press that it arms all of the channels at once (they all flash). However I still can't enable disable individual channels.

When I press master record they all then go solid until I press stop.

Its literally like channel 1 either arms them all or disarms them all.

I am probably doing something daft (hopefully).

@Johny2bikes,the behavior you’re experiencing is not normal.

I don't own/use the Model series, but here's some basic troubleshooting steps:
1. Make sure you have the latest firmware and are using a TASCAM tested/approved SD card.
2. Initialize/Restore the factory default settings.
3. If still no joy, contact TASCAM support.
