Da78 tape stuck

I have a d a 78 HHR with a tape stuck in it. Anyone have any idea how to get that out of there?

The transport has to be removed from the 78,and the transport disassembled.Not a job for the unskilled.It's very easy to damage the drum assy,and if the drum is damaged, you pretty much have what we call a "boat anchor".I service these and can remove the tape.Most likely the unit needs some work because the 78 will just eat another tape.PM me.
