Expand model 16 with another sound card?

I would like to expand my model 16 with a cymatic audio lr 16
Is it possible to define the lr 16 as a slave with asio4all?
or is it only possible with adat connections?

after really digging into it I found its possible on PC, or should be, with Asio4All

I have no concern with latency since Im running all the monitoring Analog.
What concerns me is weather the difference between clocks fixable or not.
I mean, there should be a delay , but if the delay is stable it should be just drag and drop to fix.
So, since everyone seems so excited about it....
I will check this out and let you know what happens

When you say "it should be just drag and drop to fix" that implies that you're recording in a DAW. If that's the case, why not just record tracks in the DAW and monitor the master bus on the Model 16? Unlimited tracks basically, with sync. If you're referring to editing in the LR16, that's a different story. But remember, ASIO drivers don't sync anything. Their job is to facilitate multichannel audio between devices.

i actually managed to get the system going with both interfaces, 32 tracks working at once with the asio4all driver, but my computer didnt look like its enjoying it at all.
your idea can save me a headache and some money i thought spending to increase my RAM
will try that in my next session
