Export the master file

Hi guys,

After mixing down and Mastering, how do you export the Master file? Now I just take out the SD card and copy the .WAV. Is this the way to go?

You can find the masterfile and the undo version inside the song folder, you don't have to export anything the file is just created inside the folder.

Or use the USB connection. But yeah, that's what you need to do ... get the file from the SONG folder. On my DP24 (version with CD) another option is to make an audio CD in the machine.

My workflow is to record on the DP24, then take the EXPORTed track WAVs into Reaper for mixing (and mastering if it needs it) so I very rarely use MIX DOWN or MASTERING mode on the unit itself.

Ok....thx for your response guys. It's a little odd to do it like this because it's recommended not to enter the "SONG" folder. But it's no problem ofcourse if you know what to do
