Used 2488 neo twice. worked great. Decided to sell it (practically new) and wanted to upgrade with the sale $$. But, upon receipt, the new owner said that the output fader did not work. "I balked at this at first, but lo and behold, it does not work. Anyone had this issue. Any common internal connection issues; component concerns? I am wondering if worth fixing or simply buying new. thanks.
