Tascam MMR-8 Multitrack Recorder

HELP PLEASE!!!Can anyone tell me if it is possible, to connect a Tascam MMR-8 Multitrack Recorder to may computer, and use it with my recording software..?
I have two MMR-8 Recorders and one MMP-16 for play back only...All three of these can be daisy chained together....It seems no one knows anything about the MMR_8 recorders..It's unbelievable...Any help or information will be greatly appreciated...Thanks!

No.

They are good machines, but they record, and playback.
They are not 'interfaces' to use with other software.

The closest thing is controlling them via view net, but that would just make your computer a remote.
