I'm currently trying to decide whether I should get UH-7000 or preorder US-16x08 for my home studio.
Can you please tell me about major differences between these two USB audio interfaces other than:
1) the greater number of i/o's in US-16x08 (I could live with 2 analog + 2 digital inputs of UH-7000),
2) greater range of sampling frequences in UH-7000 (I don't think I'll ever have to use 176.4kHz or 192kHz)
3) current problems with US-series drivers (any news on those, though?).
4) the fact that UH-7000 just looks so much cooler))
Mainly I'm interested in the differences in ADDA convertion and preamps.

P.S.: and one more concern... I love working in REAPER DAW and was surprised that both these audio interfaces were not officially tested with this DAW. Should I be worried that some problems might occur?
