US-4x4 inputs 3 and 4 not heard by Windows 10

I have a brand new US-4x4 interface that won't send output to Windows from inputs 3 and 4.

I have configured the microphone in Windows 10 to "listen", and for 4 channel operation under the advanced tab. I have opened the TASCAM settings panel and set the Line Outputs for all channels to "Monitor". I have hooked a microphone to mic input 1 (and 2 at a different time) and I hear it through my PC speakers just fine. I can't hear anything from inputs 3 and 4.

I'm assuming from reading other items on this forum that contacting TASCAM support isn't going to get me anywhere.

Help! Any ideas?

In. The setting panel you have to route line 1 to master L and line 2 to master R and yiu will hear all the channels

In addition, some DAWs will only see 2 inputs. Studio One will see all the inputs until you are using the free version, then only 2. The same is true for some other DAWs.
