US-800 Blue Screen Of Death, Crashing

I recently bought a US-800,

I have latest drivers, all my software is up to date (DAW, blahblahblah)

The interface keeps crashing, giving me the Blue Screen of Death, or sound just cuts out, and i have to power off and power back on to get sound cranking again, and that doesnt always work.

I have re installed a fresh copy of windows, still failing.
tried on different pc systems, failed.

I am running

Windows 7 64-bit
Intel i7-3820 3.6 Ghz
16GB DDR3 RAM
2TB HDD

Has anyone else had this issue? And if yes, Did you fix it, and how?

Also, I'm using it on FL Studio 11,

But the problem is global, happens even if no software is running
