WAV issues Neo 2488

Hi
Hopefully someone can help. I'm trying to export wav files to my PC. Every time I convert a master to a Wav file on the NEO as per the manual instructions , when I look in the fat partition the song isn't there so there's nothing to transfer to my PC. Does anybody know how to overcome this

Hi!Not sure if you ever solved the problem,but if not,there are a couple things to look for.1st,when you have the 2488 enabled thru the USB connection,it will show on your computer as an external hard drive.Clicking on that icon will open 4 folders,1 of which is labeled Wav.When you convert a Stereo master file to a wav ,it will show up in the wav folder as either the song number or song name.If on the other hand you are looking for it on the 2488,you can only do that by going to USB import file.If its a stereo file then you have to look in import stereo wav.Hope this helps.
