Which ROMs to buy?

Hi guys!

Since the ROMS in my DM-24 failed I need to buy replacement chips.
What I've found out so far is that they are 29F800-70 in a SO-044 package.
Any advice on where I can buy those, or even better, someone who can provide me with chips that already have the 3.0 Firmware on them?

Problem solved, Tascam Service (Triplex) sends me a set of new ROMs.
