I am brand new to the DP32-SD. If anyone can help with this, I would appreciate.

I have imported a drum track on a wav file into the audio depot folder. I am wanting to assign it to a track and be able to hear it on playback. What am I doing wrong?

OK…I’ll be the jerque…
As a new user, you need to put in some serious RTM time & understand how things work. Using a DP-32 effectively is not like making pudding; it’s a specialized, complex, technical machine. The user must be comfortable w its’ many functions to accomplish even simple things.

In your case: it sounds like you’ve put your drums *.wav INTO the AudioDepot FOLDER - but haven’t used AudioDepot’s [IMPORT] function to place it on a track/s.

Do yourself a favor: RTM. They make it pretty simple. Better yet: get @Phil Tipping ’s PDF User’s Guide - it’s 2x as accessible as the OM (not to mention written by someone who not only uses the unit himself, but didn’t learn English in an afternoon off a Lucky Charms box!).

Good luck-

The mods and users have put together a collection of important information so we don't have to provide the same information repeatedly:

The very first topic is using Audio Depot for importing tracks.
