DM 4800 with Protools 12HD

I would like to use my dm4800 as a controller only. Is there a video showing how to set this up anywhere around with Protools 12HD? I believe i'm close to having it set up correctly because when i'm in remote mode I can move the faders in Protools and they will move on the DM4800. However, I need this reversed so I can move the faders on the DM4800 and they coincide in protools. Can anyone help me? I'm using windows 10 just fyi.

Hi Donnie,

I am not familiar with ProTools, but the routine should be the same as in any other DAW.

To make things easier:
- could you please post your control settings set in the DM (which protocol you use --> see ALT + REMOTE)?
- also make sure you are using Mackie HUI (often just referred as Mackie or Mackie Control) AND Mackie Extension (sometimes Mackie Xtend or Mackie Add). Though the following description is true for Reaper 6, it might help you (see post #9 : https://www.tascamforums.com/threads/someone-using-reaper-6-with-the-dm3200.7335/ )
